COCONUT COOKIES – These delicious homemade cookies are much better than any from the pastry shop or other stores. You can make them just in minutes and they are absolutely delicious.
- 1 cup of icing sugar
- 200 g shredded coconut
- 2 egg whites
I the bowl beat egg whites until stiff, then gradually add the icing sugar and continue beating till it holds together. Add shredded coconut and mix everything thoroughly with spatula. From the mixture form the cookies and place them on baking dish previously lined with parchment paper.
Bake your cookies for about 15 minutes at 180 °C (350 °F). Cookies are ready to eat right after taking out from the oven.
